For the month of May we are going to learn about milk.
Did you know:

- Nearly half of Americans get their Vitamin D from milk. Vitamin D works with calcium to help our bones.
- Milk is a good source of Vitamin A. Vitamin A helps you maintain a healthy immune system.
- There are a variety of foods made from cow's milk such as cheese, cream, butter and yogurt.
- Milk is one of the most nutritious drinks in the world
