Peer Helpers

  • The Peer Helpers program at Tarrant Elementary School empowers students to make a positive impact on their school community. Peer Helpers are trained to support their classmates through mentorship, active listening, and promoting kindness and inclusion.

This program fosters leadership, empathy, and problem-solving skills, providing Peer Helpers with the tools to serve as role models and advocates for their peers. By creating a supportive environment, Peer Helpers help build stronger connections among students and contribute to a positive and welcoming school culture.

At Tarrant Elementary, we believe in the power of students helping students, and our Peer Helpers program is a proud example of our commitment to fostering a caring and inclusive school environment.
