Career Technical Education

  • Tarrant High School offers a variety of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for success in college and the workforce. Our programs provide hands-on learning experiences that prepare students for high-demand careers.

    🔹 Business Management – Students develop essential skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing, and financial management, preparing them for careers in business and administration.

    🔹 Computer Science – This program introduces students to coding, software development, cybersecurity, and IT fundamentals, helping them build a strong foundation in technology-driven industries.

    🔹 Food, Wellness, and Dietetics – Focused on nutrition, food preparation, and overall wellness, this program teaches students about healthy living, meal planning, and careers in dietetics and culinary arts.

    🔹 Health Sciences – Students explore medical careers by learning about human anatomy, patient care, and healthcare procedures, providing a pathway to future roles in nursing, medicine, and allied health fields.
