My name is Bailey Simpson and this is my sixth year teaching. I graduated with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education from UAB. I have taught kindergarten, fifth grade, and third grade; my passion is definitely third grade. I truly enjoy meeting students where they are and empowering them to reach their full potential. I believe that a positive classroom environment is crucial for fostering kindness and empathy. 

     I have been married for seven years and have two sweet children: Zane (3) and Zadie (1). My babies truly mean the world to me. In my free time, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends. I am excited about this school year and of all the learning opportunities. Go Wildcats!
