My name is Kellie Rogers, I am the media specialist for Tarrant Intermediate school. This is my first year in the library but my 9th year as an educator. I previously taught 6th grade for 7 years and 4th grade for a year. I have never had a love for reading like I do now! I want to reach my students where they are and show them that even if they are not a strong reader yet, they too can find the joy in reading!

I do have 9 nieces and nephews. They are my everything. I pretty much see them every day and if I do not see them in person, I do facetime with them. I am a very family-oriented person and enjoy spending time with them regularly. I love watching Auburn football (War Eagle) and love all things sports!

 I am so excited for this school year and all the things we will learn together!
