Mrs. Ashlee Smith
Hello! My name is Ashlee Smith! I teach 6th-grade Math and Science. I graduated from The University of Alabama in 2013 with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and from The University of West Alabama in 2021 with my Master's Degree in Elementary Education. I have been married to my husband, Michael, for 6 years. We live on 44 acres in Empire, AL. I have 2 stepsons, 3 dogs, and 2 cats. This is my 10th year teaching and my first year teaching 6th grade at Tarrant Intermediate. I taught 5th grade at TIS for 6 years before moving to 6th grade. I am also the Math Team Coach at TIS! When I am not teaching, I love to read. My reading goal this year is to read 60 books.
